This project is a 727,000 sf service center with associated pavement, roadways, and secured access point. The project included an interior build-out of breakrooms, mezzanine-level offices, and conference areas.
Site work took place throughout the 108-acre site adjacent to Encore’s existing campus, including the relocation of the existing Elm Street.
