This project consists of a 190,000 sf Phase 1 followed by a 150,000 sf Phase 2 design-build of office, manufacturing, and distribution center for Dynacraft, a subsidiary of PACCAR. The facility manufactures a variety of components and sub-assemblies for the other Paccar facilities. Process infrastructure was designed around a variety of build cells ranging from robotic welding to hydraulic assemblies including specialty exhaust systems. The infrastructure was designed in a modular configuration to allow for minimal disruption with future line modifications.
