This project is a 185,000 sf, design-build facility for providing maintenance, repair, and re-manufacturing services for engines, transmissions, and power generation equipment. The project involved months of programming to develop the process flows.
Engines up to 90-liters, weighing up to 60,000 pounds, are removed from a variety of vehicles, dismantled, and remanufactured using 14 individual bridge cranes with spans up to 100-feet to allow for flexibility and efficiency.
The 42 service bays accommodate vehicles ranging from fire trucks to motor homes and oilfield frack rigs.
This project achieved LEED Certification from the USGBC.
