Cristo Rey Dallas College Preparatory Academic Building

This project is a 31,500 sf, two-story, academic building featuring 15 core classrooms, four science labs, administration space, and common areas for student collaboration. The facility serves grades 9-12 with the ability to house up to 600 students.

Site improvements included a new parking lot with underground detention capability, interface and extension of existing utility infrastructure, and hardscape tie-in to the existing campus.
