This project is a 30,200 sf, design-build conversion of an existing warehouse into a hardened and secured manufacturing facility for a defense department specialty munitions supplier.

The build-out included extensive process equipment planning for specialized foundations and utility infrastructure along with strict environmental and acoustical requirements. The scope also included a test firing range and research laboratory.
