Confidential Aluminum Manufacturing Plant Expansion

This project is a 69,000 sf plant addition housing a 4,400 ton hydraulic extrusion press, billet saws, an underground billet furnace, flying hot saws, and a continuous pull extrusion system. The process equipment required substantial equipment foundations, materials trenches, and containment pits.

The project scope also included a QC lab expansion, administrative area remodel, high voltage line relocations, and temporary access roads.
