Celina City Buildings Renovations

This project includes a 10,800 sf renovation to the council chambers,a 1,790 sf renovation to the city hall and a 3,845 renovation to the economic development corporation. The Council Chambers is a 100-year-old facility and work included gutting the existing interiors,structural upgrades to the existing wood framed structure, new MEP systems, an elevator tower addition, new roof, and interior and exterior improvements. The entire design and construction team worked closely with the city officials through the challenges of preserving a large portion of the existing character of the building exterior and interior, waterproofing the existing basement, and code upgrades to meet current building occupancy standards.
