As Vice President of Business Development for Hill & Wilkinson, Nick Hasty leads business development and client engagement, with a focus on delivering technical value-added solutions for manufacturing, data center, and commercial construction projects.
Nick began his career in commercial real estate, specializing in tenant representation. Over the past 20 years, he has built his career at the intersection of commercial construction and real estate, focusing on business development, client relationships, and strategic growth.
Nick enjoys collaborating with clients, design partners, and project teams to bring complex projects from the earliest planning stages through successful completion. He brings a strong industry network, a collaborative approach to business development, and a passion for helping clients find solutions. Rather than focusing solely on the next project, Nick is committed to connecting people, uncovering opportunities, and building lasting partnerships that position teams for long-term success.
Nick has been active in the North Texas commercial real estate and construction industry for more than 20 years and has been involved with organizations including NAIOP, ULI, TREC, and the Dallas Regional Chamber. He also served on the Dallas Real Estate Ministries Board for 12 years.
Nick went skydiving on his 21st birthday in McKinney, Texas.
