He has made significant contributions to various sectors, including commercial, higher education, manufacturing, and mission-critical construction. Building his career from the ground up, Mike is adept at leading jobsite teams through complex builds.
Mike holds a Construction Management degree from Illinois State University and is currently responsible for project execution, manpower allocation, and ensuring that all projects are carried out to the highest standards. Beyond day-to-day operations, Mike is deeply committed to the future of the industry, taking an active role in mentoring and training the next generation of great builders. He prides himself on passing down the technical precision and leadership skills necessary to maintain excellence in the field.
Outside of work, Mike is a sports enthusiast, passionately supporting the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears.
He loves spending his free time watching his daughters compete in soccer, volleyball, and basketball.
Hunting is one of his favorite pastimes.
