Mike Oswald began his career at Hill & Wilkinson in 2004, holding several leadership positions before being named Chief Operating Officer in 2016, where he managed the field operations for all the company’s divisions, and then Chief Executive Officer in 2024.
Mike is an alumni of Northern Michigan University, actively serving on the NMU Construction Management Advisory Board and NMU Foundation Board. Throughout his career, he has achieved several awards including being named an ENR Top Young Professional and an NMU Outstanding Young Alumni.
While at NMU, he was awarded a varsity letter in football and was a two-time Academic All-American.
In the rare spare time afforded him while raising three young girls, Mike enjoys hunting, fishing, and golf.
