As Vice President of Preconstruction Services, Jeff manages risk, ensures consistency and quality of estimating procedures, develops staff, and monitors the overall preconstruction needs of the institutional division.
Jeff has been with the company for almost ten years and has played an integral role in the growth of the institutional group.
Jeff’s first job in construction was for his dad’s company when he was 11 years old. He made $1.00 per hour.
Jeff has worked in all major roles in construction, which gives him broad insight into the preconstruction process.
In addition to work, Jeff loves golf, fishing, baseball, his family, and Jesus Christ (hopefully keeping them in the proper order, he adds!).
