Jason began his construction career at age 16 as a concrete laborer and continued working in construction during the summers throughout high school and college.
He later graduated from Texas Tech in 2006 with a degree in Construction Engineering. Jason joined H&W in 2015 and has held positions as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, and now Vice President.
As VP of Planning, Scheduling, and Quality Control – Central Texas, his responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating teams, and ensuring that quality control measures are implemented and followed at every stage, setting up our projects for success.
After graduating from college, Jason spent the early years of his construction career working as a Field Engineer on different islands in the Caribbean.
As time allows outside of raising two young girls, Jason likes to BBQ on his offset smoker and has even won awards in BBQ competitions.
