As Vice President of Preconstruction Services, David manages risk, ensures consistency and quality of estimating procedures, develops staff, and monitors overall preconstruction needs across all divisions.
David has been with the company for over 18 years and has played an integral role in the growth of the preconstruction group to a staff of over 20 people.
David enjoys spending time with family doing almost anything, but particularly enjoys serving at his church, attending sporting events, and traveling.
