Whole Foods Market

This project is a 41,000 sf specialty grocery store located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The building shell was turned over to Whole Foods and Hill & Wilkinson for tenant improvements. With no interior slab in place, the scheduling and installation of the detailed underground plumbing was controlled. Hill & Wilkinson coordinated the delivery and installation of all equipment with Whole Foods. The biggest challenge was accommodating nearly 10% worth of Owner requested changes within the original five-month schedule, and the greatest success was opening on-time despite the challenge.
