St. Edward’s University RCC Expansion

This project is a 2,500 sf renovation of the existing Recreation and Convocation Center building that includes a wellness center, lounge area, additional offices, and conference room. The 12,500 sf, two-story addition includes a fitness area along with a 2nd floor exercise studio.

The project scope also included the relocation of existing utilities that consisted of replacement and relocation of an existing pair of 24” chilled water lines in the proposed building area that serves all of campus.
