St. Edward’s University Main Building Renovation

This project is a 3,500 sf renovation to the first floor of the university’s Main Building. The renovation included reconfiguring office space into a welcome center and president’s office as well as upgrading the restrooms, hallway, and stair tower.
The welcome center includes high-end wood and stone finishes as well as plastered barrel vault ceiling. The first floor hallway and stair tower received a facelift with new door hardware, signage, and high-end floor and wall finishes.
