This project is a 37,400 sf phased renovation in an occupied Hilton hotel.
Phase 1 renovations included the arrival and entryway, registration and front desk, lobby and concierge, business center and lounge, coffee and sundry shop, public restrooms, and the restaurant area of the hotel.
Phase 2 renovations included prefunction and circulation areas, ballrooms, meeting rooms, and public restrooms adjacent to the ballrooms and meeting rooms.
