First Baptist Church of Richardson

This project is a 9,500 sf expansion of the existing main lobby and an additional 5,800 sf interior renovation of areas adjacent to the lobby expansion. The interior program features a large, expansive gathering space, coffee bar/lounge, conference room, and second level mezzanine that connects two existing wings together.

The scope also included life safety upgrades to the existing main sanctuary and music building as well as the complete removal and replacement of softscape/hardscape at existing south plaza serving the lobby. Adjacent buildings, which border the expansion on all three sides, remained occupied for the duration of the project.
